Parts:

* GM Buick Strut Tower Brace
* Part# 1245-6148 (Buick F-Bar KIT)
* All hardware comes with the bar

Tools Required:

* 1/2" Socket
* Torque wrench

Installation: (approx 10-20min., depending on how fast you can drill )

1) On the driver side, you'll have to remove the wire harness that is in the way and secure it to the next stud on the side of the tower...

2) Line up the bar and mark the holes with a marker and carefully drill through the strut tower...

3) Clean off the area of any metal filings, and use touchup paint on any bare metal...

4) With a pair of pliers, break off the original stud that held the wire harness and paint over the exposed metal...

5) To install the new double studs (included with STB) push it through from the bottom inside the wheel well...

6) Use the retaining washers to keep the studs in place so they don't fall through...

7) Torque the supplied nuts to 20 lb-ft. Be careful not to over tighten, as they will snap off!! I know, because I snapped mine!!! They are designed to snap in case of a side impact.

That's it, you're DONE!!!!
